• App usage activity (pages viewed, features used)
• Interaction data (likes, fades, favorites)

• To verify you meet the minimum age requirement (21+)

• To display relevant content and picks in your feed

3. Information We Do Not Sell

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your email, phone number, or date of birth with advertisers.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services to help operate the App (such as hosting providers). These parties access your information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are obligated to keep it confidential.

Specifically, our comment feature's GIF search is powered by Giphy, Inc. When you search for a GIF, your search query is sent to Giphy to retrieve results. Giphy's use of this data is governed by Giphy's own Privacy Policy.

If we display sponsored content or affiliate links from third parties (such as sportsbooks), clicking those links may take you to external sites governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

If your account is permanently deactivated by Slipfeed for violating our Community Guidelines, your account data and content are deleted immediately. However, your email address will be retained indefinitely in our systems solely to prevent re-registration in accordance with our enforcement policy. This retained email address is not used for any marketing, communication, or other purpose.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Opt out of certain data uses

Slipfeed is not intended for users under 21 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we discover an account belongs to a user under 21, we will immediately delete the account and associated data.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted password storage. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
